1. Email your garment details, including style, fabric and size, plus images to:

If your garment meets the initial criteria (please read below), we will request it to be sent to us. 

2. Post your garments to the following address:

Eva's Sunday Gently Worn | 9/95 Victoria Street, Fitzroy 3065, Victoria Australia.

Please put your name, address & mobile on the outside of the package.

3. You will receive a confirmation text message when your package arrives.

Upon receiving your garment, they will be inspected. If they do not reach the Gently Worn criteria, we cannot return unless a return post-pack is provided. The fabric will be repurposed or recycled. 

4. We will notify you if your garments are approved.

If your garments have met our criteria, we will notify you via email that they have been approved to be sold through Gently Worn.

5. You will receive your Gift Voucher.

Your voucher amount is for 40% of the estimated re-sell price of your garments, valid for three years. 

1. All garments must retain perfect structure.

Garment must retain structure, colour, tailoring and durability with no tearing or weakness along seams. Areas of high friction (eg thigh area with pants, elbows with tops) must not be thinning or piling. Garment must be free of holes, fraying, missing buttons or broken zips. 

2. Garments must be entirely stain free.

Please be vigilant about makeup stains around the collar and neckline. Often these are built up & will not wash out in which case we cannot accept the garment.

3. Colours must be true to original vibrancy with no fading .

If there is any fabric fading, it must be minor & even across the garment. White & light coloured garments must be pristine. Black & navy garments must not be overly faded

4. Garments must be freshly laundered just before sending to us.

A $10 laundry fee will be deduced from your voucher if we are required to wash your garment.

5. We only accept some linen accessories

Tie belts & obi scarves are accepted so long as above criteria is met. Fabric flower brooches & headbands are not accepted.

You can post garments to our studio, or drop them off at our Fitzroy Store.

Alternatively, garments can be dropped off to Eva's Sunday Fitzroy Store.

You can find us at 277 Brunswick St, Fitzroy. Ensure garments are within a bag with your name, email and mobile number attached.

Please check store hours before dropping by to prevent disappointment.

Please note we cannot process your gift voucher on the spot in our store. Processing is done in the studio and will take up to 5 business days.

Gently Worn garments cannot be accepted at our Beechworth store.

As a general guideline, pre owned garments that meet our strict criteria sell for approximately 40 - 50% of their original RRP.

Development or production samples sell for approximately 70 - 80% of their estimated RRP as these garments are essentially brand new.

A Gift Voucher for 40% of the selling price.

After your items have been approved and priced, you will be emailed a Gift Voucher for 40% of the selling price, minus any laundry or repair fees.

You do not need to wait for your garments to sell to receive the voucher!

Please note your Gift Voucher is valid for three years.

If we conclude that any garments require laundering (often due to perfume & other fragrances) a $10 fee per garment will be deducted from your gift voucher value.  If the internal garment labels need to be replaced or buttons sewn on this also attracts a $10 fee per garment.

Online, we restock our Gently Worn every few weeks, re-selling pre-loved garments in impeccable shape. No garments that fall below our strict criteria will be stocked. Shop current Gently Worn listings here.

The size range of Gently Worn listings is dependent on what we receive from the ES community!

We apologise if your size is not in stock, or if sizing seems limited. We do our best to ensure a range of sizes is listed.

Yes - you may return a Gently Worn purchase within our 14 day timeframe. 

Refunds will not be issued on Gently Worn returns. You will receive a gift voucher or you may exchange your purchase for another Gently Worn garment or other full priced stock.

Please note that all exchanges are then deemed as final.
