The Essentials Collection Bowie Pant is a classic high-waisted pant with timelessly elegant design features. The front of the pants sits flat on a conventional waistband with belt loops and a zip front closure. The back section of the waistband is comfortably elasticated. Pockets are located at the front and back for added functionality. The straight leg cut is extremely flattering on all body shapes, sitting full length (on most) with a cuff at the hem that can be worn down or folded back. Bowie has been one of our top-selling pant styles since its introduction to the collection two years ago.

Styling Tip: Bowie is a classic pant by design but it's adaptable to many wearing scenarios. As with many garments, the personality of the Bowie Pant has a lot to do with your footwear. Keep it simple and "daytime" with a flat (we love a brogue or loafer), create a chic look with a heel or a boot or spend the day sightseeing in a comfy trainer. This is a true all-rounder pant.

Care Instructions
We recommend that you follow these simple guidelines to care for your Bowie Pants:

  • Wash with dark colours.
  • Turn your garment inside out to reduce friction on the right side
  • Use the gentle or hand wash cycle on your washing machine
  • Wash in cold or lukewarm water
  • Use a mild detergent such as a wool mix - do not add a softener
  • Give your garment a shake out and dry it on a hanger, avoiding direct sunlight
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron inside out using the linen setting on your iron OR
  • Embrace the wrinkles, and don't iron at all

The Bowie Pant - a very treasured addition

Where to begin the love story that is the Bowie pant? Eva Sunday has done it again. A classic cut, with immaculate finishing touches that scream elegance. The fabric flows and sits so well on my frame, flattering my curves and is a testament to the luxury of linen selected. The comfort is sublime. As to the functionality, the Bowie pant is a staple in my wardrobe and compliments my Aurora top, my Izumi Blazer, my Ophelia shirt, and everything else in my wardrobe! Yet another purchase from Eva Sunday that will be loved and cherished for a very long time. An investment I am very glad I finally made!
